1. Legal terms
All boats offered by Royal Yachts Miami have a rental license, insurance and safety equipment.
The different owners of the boats offered by Royal Yachts Miami establish the conditions of the rental. The specifications are detailed in the PDF files for each boat, which are downloadable. The ignorance of a rule does not exempt from its fullfillment and responsibility.

2. Confirmation of reservation
Reservations are only confirmed once the deposit payment of $300-500 has been received and you have the confirmation from Royal Yachts Miami.

3. Terms of payment
The service is contracted by paying a small deposit of $300-500 depending on the size of the yacht. The remaining balance will be deducted 48 Hours before departure.

4. Payment Methods
Royal Yachts Miami accepts the following payment methods:
● In cash, with US Dollar/ Euro currency.● Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Bank of America● Ideal● Crypto

5. Fuel
Fuel is included in the price. If you have provided an extraordinary location to the captain, additional charges may apply, even if fuel is included in the price for the yacht charter.

6. Base port
The boats offered by Royal Yachts Miami have assigned base port. The mooring outside port is not included in the price and is subject to an extra charge.

7. Departure and return times
The rental service lasts, in most cases, 8 hours. The service will be usually done between 10:00 am and 8:00 p.m.

8. Maximum capacity
According to current regulations in Miami the maximum capacity of a boat or yacht, regardless of its length is: 13 people IN the vessel excluding crew.

9. Other services
