1. Legal terms
All boats offered by Royal Yachts Miami have a rental license, insurance and safety equipment.
The different owners of the boats offered by Royal Yachts Miami establish the conditions of the rental. The specifications are detailed in the PDF files for each boat, which are downloadable. The ignorance of a rule does not exempt from its fulfillment and responsibility.2. Confirmation of reservation
Reservations are only confirmed once the 50% deposit has been received and you have the confirmation from Royal Yachts Miami.
3. Terms of payment
The service is contracted by paying a 50% deposit of the total charter fee. You will pay the remaining amount when you board.
4. Payment Methods
We offer a variety of payment methods. We accept Cash, Crypto, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, wire transfer, and the majority of credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
5. Fuel
Fuel is included in the price. If you have provided an extraordinary location to the captain, additional charges may apply, even if fuel is included in the price for the yacht charter.
6. Base port
The boats offered by Royal Yachts Miami have assigned base port. The mooring outside port is not included in the price and is subject to an extra charge.
7. Departure and return times
The rental service lasts, in most cases, 8 hours. The service will be usually done between 10:00 am and 8:00 p.m.
8. Maximum capacity
According to current regulations in Miami the maximum capacity of a boat or yacht, regardless of its length is: 13 people IN the vessel excluding crew.

WHAT IS THE ARRIVAL TIME?
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. If there are any extensive setup or special requests made, it is advisable to arrive earlier, to ensure you leave on time.
HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE RIGHT YACHT FOR ME?
We have different sizes of yachts you can choose from. Decide which type of yacht you desire. You can contact our Charter Specialist hotline on +1 (645) 214-9666 to request a booking, receive yacht chartering advice and any current special deals.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR DRINK?
You are most welcome to bring your own food and beverages, however we can also arrange it for you if you will inform our executive at the time of booking.
WILL I BE REMINDED BEFORE THE CHARTER?
It is our privilege to send you a gentle reminder a day prior to the event with our on sight representative along with useful additional reminders with location and ids to be carried.
SHOULD I DO ANY ADVANCE BOOKING?
Booking in advance is always ideal. During the peak season from November to March, we recommend that you book ahead at least 3 to 4 weeks before your trip. Let us know all your requirements so we can prepare a great trip for you.
